Standardized Layer Creator

This application plugin allows the quick creation of layers utilizing standard formatting and naming conventions, modeled after the National CAD Standard.

The NCS format for layer naming is modeled on a 1 or 2 digit code of discipline designator, then a 4 digit code for a major group or category and two sets of 4 digits minor codes or categories, followed with a single digit status code.

Layer properties can be defined before the layer is created, allowing for on the fly creation of mass amounts of layers in a very short amount of time.
